Cancellation Policy
Plans Change?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; Otherwise the card on file will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service.
Running Behind?
There is a 10-minute grace period; after that, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, please reach out to me as soon as possible to check if can still accommodate you since my schedule is often booked back-to-back.
If we're unable to proceed with your appointment, a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
